Dravet Syndrome Fundraiser Gets Press Coverage

A fundraiser for two-year old Sydney Michaels of Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who has Dravet syndrome, received a lengthy article on the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review's website, PittsburghLive.com. The open-house fundraiser, hosted by Sydney's nurses, Deborah Detar and Leslie Younkin, was held at the Calvary Assembly of God in Connellsville on Saturday, January 21. Julie and Paul Michaels, Sydney's parents, discussed the challenges of living with Dravet syndrome and thanked Detar, Younkin, and family and friends for their support for Sydney.
